Refund policy

At Mood Beauty, we want every guest to love their results. Here is how we handle deposits, cancellations, and refunds.

Deposits

New-client color and extension services require a $50 deposit. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations and no-shows

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Completed services

We do not offer cash refunds on completed services. If you are not fully happy with your service, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Gift cards

Gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable.
